We are moving from London to Ottawa this summer, and Danielle has made every bit of purchasing so much less stressful. During all of the uncertainty that came with the beginning of Covid-19, listing our home was a very difficult decision to make. However, Danielle truly came to our rescue in more ways than just one. She was there to walk us through making the most educated decision we could in such a difficult time. We discussed the reasons we should; but Danielle also took the time to explain the risks that would come along with listing in such an unknown market.  To say Danielle went above and beyond is, honestly, an understatement. Selling your home is stressful on a good day, let alone during a global pandemic. 

Once we made the difficult decision to list, Danielle took off running. She set up the photographer and was in our home within a couple days...organizing, cleaning and getting everything staged to showcase our property.  Given the fact that face to face showings had been banned at this point, she formulated a plan to coordinate a virtual tour. The virtual tour allowed people to walk through our home, without having to be physically present. This was a game changer in this market. It showcased everything our home had to offer and more. One thing led to another and we were able to sell our home, over asking!  She walked us through every single step of the process, without missing a beat.

Danielle is patient and kind, something we can all use in such an uncertain time. If you ever have the opportunity to work with Danielle; please do. It was truly a pleasure!

The first time we worked together, I was a first time home buyer looking to move to Ottawa from Barrie, as a single mom. Danielle was incredibly helpful and patient with me during a time which could have been easily overwhelming. After speaking with me, she took my needs into consideration and did a fantastic job of matching me with potential houses. Danielle scheduled viewings in a timely fashion for the days I drove to Ottawa, which I appreciated as it was a long round-trip.

I wasn't familiar with Ottawa at all, and I always appreciated that Danielle shared her honest opinions of the houses we saw together, and steered me towards neighborhoods (and school districts) that would foster a sense of community that I wanted for my son. It's thanks to her suggestion of broadening our search radius that my son and I landed in the east end of Ottawa and we could not be happier.

Danielle went through every single offer with me prior to signing, ensuring that I understood the paperwork. She also set up an online tool that prompted me to register for heat & hydro, internet and associated utilities when our offer was accepted, which kept me organized.
