Our experience working with Danielle Gervais to sell our home far exceeded our expectations.  
 
The realtor services she provided us with went above and beyond and included; providing advice and assistance with organizing and staging our home, being available for advice and to answer any questions we had, organizing and drafting necessary paperwork, providing recommendations regarding offers and counteroffers, communicating with our mortgage broker and lawyer and providing prompt and professional responses to potential buyers and their realtors.  We always believed that Danielle was advocating for our best interest, as the sellers.  
 
We strongly believe that our home sold as quickly as it did and for the highest price possible due to Danielle’s skills, hard work and dedication.   She put countless hours into making sure that our home was ready to sell and marketed to the best of her ability.  There is no doubt in our minds that our home would have taken longer sell and would have sold for less had we decided to sell privately or with another realtor.

The purpose of this letter is to provide my sincere reference and recommendation for Danielle Gervais following all of her assistance in real estate matters in recent years. Danielle has always gone above and beyond to assist me as her client, always making time to provide her valuable expertise whenever I had any questions or concerns. 

For someone like myself, Danielle's knowledge has been extremely vaulable, especially in pointing out certain things that I may have missed when looking at different real estate matters. Without her assistance there would have been times that I would have had wrong impressions, or not known the full story when it comes to real estate. 

Danielle's knowledge of local real estate listings, market trends, and general knowledge have proven invaluable to my experience in the real estate in recent years, and I would highly recommend that anyone needing assistance in the real estate market to go her 

I have been extremely fortunate to work with Danielle Gervais as my real estate agent, twice.

The first time we worked together, I was a first time home buyer looking to move to Ottawa from Barrie, as a single mom. Danielle was incredibly helpful and patient with me during a time which could have been easily overwhelming. After speaking with me, she took my needs into consideration and did a fantastic job of matching me with potential houses. Danielle scheduled viewings in a timely fashion for the days I drove to Ottawa, which I appreciated as it was a long round-trip.

I wasn't familiar with Ottawa at all, and I always appreciated that Danielle shared her honest opinions of the houses we saw together, and steered me towards neighborhoods (and school districts) that would foster a sense of community that I wanted for my son. It's thanks to her suggestion of broadening our search radius that my son and I landed in the east end of Ottawa and we could not be happier.

Danielle went through every single offer with me prior to signing, ensuring that I understood the paperwork. She also set up an online tool that prompted me to register for heat & hydro, internet and associated utilities when our offer was accepted, which kept me organized.

I would (and do) recommend Danielle as a real estate agent to anyone. I mentioned that I've worked with Danielle to purchase two homes... there's a reason (multiple actually) for that.

If you are looking for a new home, Danielle is an amazing realtor to work with. I cannot say enough positive things about her! - someone who was considerate of our requested showing schedule due to older adult fur babies and our actual 7 month old. ☑️

Working with Danielle from was a true pleasure. From the first meeting to closing, her professionalism and expertise shone through. Danielle's deep knowledge of the local market ensured that every property we viewed was a potential fit. She was always available to answer questions and schedule viewings, making the process smooth and stress-free.
