I recently had the pleasure of working with Danielle.My husband and I were first time home buyers but working with Danielle helped relieve so much stress and anxiety in search for our home. Danielle's level of responsiveness and knowledge of the market was in-depth and highly professional. She was always there for us, answered all our questions and led us through whole process without any issues. Whether you're a first time buyer or someone who has gone through this process before, I strongly recommend Danielle to anyone who is looking for solid, honest and professional guidance from a realtor who really cares.

Danielle is AWESOME! Below is a list of qualities (in no particular order) that we needed in an agent and Danielle more than exceeded each one! I’m sure I’m missing others but you’ll get the idea :)
 
She helped us purchase our new home back in March and then in just 4 days sold our current home in April (all while dealing with some of her own issues and not once passed us off to a colleague!!!) We had multiple offers and even a back up offer if needed in order to sell our house.

- someone who has a list of professionals to refer you to when you need another expert to come in to evaluate (ie: Home Inspector, landscape, foundation etc.) ☑️
- someone who can handle the buying or selling agents and put them to task or in their place when push comes to shove. ☑️
- someone who has a funny personality and makes things easy. ☑️
- someone who is readily accessible for questions, feedback and help. ☑️
- someone who was considerate of our requested showing schedule due to older adult fur babies and our actual 7 month old. ☑️

If you are looking for a new home, Danielle is an amazing realtor to work with. I cannot say enough positive things about her! We are moving from London to Ottawa this summer, and Danielle has made every bit of purchasing so much less stressful. We really felt like she wanted to help us to obtain our ideal house, in the neighbourhood we wanted for the best price possible as much as we wanted those things. She is responsive, and VERY knowledgeable and definitely someone you will be greatful to have on your team!

The realtor services she provided us with went above and beyond and included; providing advice and assistance with organizing and staging our home, being available for advice and to answer any questions we had, organizing and drafting necessary paperwork, providing recommendations regarding offers and counteroffers, communicating with our mortgage broker and lawyer and providing prompt and professional responses to potential buyers and their realtors.  We always believed that Danielle was advocating for our best interest, as the sellers.

Now that Christmas has passed... we are taking the time to post a review on Danielle Gervais as a Real Estate Agent. We were recommended Danielle by family and we were so impressed with her dedication, professionalism and attention to detail in selling and acquiring our new dream home in this past Fall 2024. She was patient and so respectful of helping us getting our 30 yr old home up for sale ; it was an emotional journey to let go of so many memories but we did it with her help and got top $ for it as well. We then acquired our "dream home" again with her assistance. The real-estate market has changed in 30 yrs and we could not have done it without her precious help and advice.
