Our experience working with Danielle Gervais to sell our home far exceeded our expectations.  
 
The realtor services she provided us with went above and beyond and included; providing advice and assistance with organizing and staging our home, being available for advice and to answer any questions we had, organizing and drafting necessary paperwork, providing recommendations regarding offers and counteroffers, communicating with our mortgage broker and lawyer and providing prompt and professional responses to potential buyers and their realtors.  We always believed that Danielle was advocating for our best interest, as the sellers.

During all of the uncertainty that came with the beginning of Covid-19, listing our home was a very difficult decision to make. However, Danielle truly came to our rescue in more ways than just one. She was there to walk us through making the most educated decision we could in such a difficult time. We discussed the reasons we should; but Danielle also took the time to explain the risks that would come along with listing in such an unknown market.  To say Danielle went above and beyond is, honestly, an understatement. Selling your home is stressful on a good day, let alone during a global pandemic. 

Once we made the difficult decision to list, Danielle took off running. She set up the photographer and was in our home within a couple days...organizing, cleaning and getting everything staged to showcase our property.  Given the fact that face to face showings had been banned at this point, she formulated a plan to coordinate a virtual tour. The virtual tour allowed people to walk through our home, without having to be physically present. This was a game changer in this market. It showcased everything our home had to offer and more. One thing led to another and we were able to sell our home, over asking!  She walked us through every single step of the process, without missing a beat.
